There have been 'inner work' schools throughout the ages. These are the spiritual schools and spiritual paths where students deeply explore consciousness and reality in work with a teacher and a group, where students seek to uncover their true identity and potential and to see the inner nature of reality. Some of these schools arise and later disappear. In our era, the Diamond Approach (Ridhwan School) has arisen as a work school for our times. It allows us to deeply look into ourselves, while also having full lives in the outer world. There are Diamond Approach students and groups in the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, but the work was not introduced in Japan until autumn 2019. Although the pandemic has delayed further events, please contact us if you are interested in private sessions or would like to be on our mailing list.
Anne Hoff is an ordained Diamond Approach teacher. She has been involved in mind-body-consciousness explorations since the early 1980s. She lived in Japan from 1979-1994, graduating from Sophia University (Jochi Daigaku), studying Japanese culture and oriental medicine, and working in corporate settings. She explored various spiritual paths over the years and found her home in the Diamond Approach soon after she moved back to the US in 1994. She has since then been deeply engaged with the Diamond Approach in Maui, Hawaii and in Seattle, Washington, and wants to make this precious teaching available to people living in Japan.
